Four programs.
One standard.
Every one of these is written by hand for the person doing it. What changes between them is not the quality of the thinking — it is how close Sean is standing, and what the program demands of you when he isn’t.
One-on-One
In person. Every rep watched.
Private training at Iron Legion Strength Club. Sean is under the bar with you for the whole session — setup, cues, load selection, and the corrections that only land when someone is standing three feet away.
- 60-minute private sessions
- Movement screen and lift audit at intake
- Programming written around your schedule, not a template
- Hands-on technique work on the competition lifts
- Text access between sessions
Anyone who wants the fastest technical progress and learns best by feel.

Online Coaching
Anywhere. No excuses built in.
Full remote programming with real accountability. You film your working sets, Sean reviews them, and the plan changes based on what the bar actually did — not on what the spreadsheet assumed.
- Individualised training block, updated weekly
- Video review on every main lift
- Weekly written check-in and plan adjustment
- Nutrition and recovery guidance
- Direct messaging access
Lifters with their own gym access who need direction and someone to answer to.

Strongman Prep
Stone, log, yoke. Contest day.
Competition preparation from someone who is on the platform himself. Event-specific work, implement technique, weight-class management and a peaking plan built backwards from your contest date.
- Contest-date-driven peaking plan
- Event technique: atlas stone, log, yoke, farmers, deadlift medley
- Weight-class and weigh-in strategy
- Implement access and event days
- Meet-day handling and attempt selection
Competitors — first-timers through national qualifiers — who want to place, not just finish.

Small Group
Four bars. One standard.
Small-group strength sessions capped tight enough that everybody still gets coached. The barbell work is individual; the room is shared. Most people train harder with three other people watching, and that is the point.
- Capped group sizes
- Individual loading inside a shared session
- Structured strength progression, not a random workout
- Lower cost per session than private training
- Open to all levels
People who want structure and coaching but train better in company.

No great thing is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig.
Four steps in
Same for every program. Nothing happens until Sean is sure he is the right coach for what you want.
- 01
Enquiry
You send the form. Sean reads it — every one, personally — and replies with whether he thinks he can help.
- 02
Conversation
A call or a session. Training history, injuries, schedule, and what you actually want out of this. No pitch.
- 03
Assessment
Movement screen and a look at your main lifts, in person or on video. This is where the plan gets its shape.
- 04
The block
Your first training block lands. It changes as the bar tells us to change it — not on a fixed calendar.
Pick one.
Start Monday.
Not sure which fits? Say so in the form — Sean will tell you straight.
