No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
Pick the
weight you carry
Every program is built around one Greek idea — because the difference between them is not the exercises, it is what each one asks of you.
One-on-One
In person. Every rep watched.
Private training at Iron Legion Strength Club. Sean is under the bar with you for the whole session — setup, cues, load selection, and the corrections that only land when someone is standing three feet away.
DetailsOnline Coaching
Anywhere. No excuses built in.
Full remote programming with real accountability. You film your working sets, Sean reviews them, and the plan changes based on what the bar actually did — not on what the spreadsheet assumed.
DetailsStrongman Prep
Stone, log, yoke. Contest day.
Competition preparation from someone who is on the platform himself. Event-specific work, implement technique, weight-class management and a peaking plan built backwards from your contest date.
DetailsSmall Group
Four bars. One standard.
Small-group strength sessions capped tight enough that everybody still gets coached. The barbell work is individual; the room is shared. Most people train harder with three other people watching, and that is the point.

From the
bottom up
Sean is not a coach who read about difficulty in a book. He came up through a hard chapter, built a body and then a business out the other side, and now competes while running his own coaching practice.
- IΚΑΤΑΒΑΣΙΣKatabasis — the descent
Before. Decisions in my late teens and early twenties pulled me far off the path I wanted. It ended in a ten-year sentence.
- IIΜΕΤΑΝΟΙΑMetanoia — the turn — a change of mind
The Turn. Instead of wasting the time, I tutored other men inside, trained calisthenics daily, and built discipline that did not need motivation.
- IIIΕΡΓΟΝErgon — the work — a thing's proper function
The Work. Home now: my own coaching business, competing at strongman nationals, and coaching out of Iron Legion Strength Club.
